plumbing
 + -1 morewas given a high estimate..when questioned he didn't answer, and since I had no one else to do the work I hired him. No plumbing was needed. Only bolts removed and new toilet put in. He brought more expensive one than I asked for, and it was taller, and he for got to buy a seat and and had to return to the store..got a different one than I requested, saying they were out.(Home Depot). It didn't take long to do it, and he cleaned up afterward. When I told him the estimate, he said he was going to ask for a raise ! I called again and said it was too much, but after trying to reach the owner, the secretary told me they used a form for everything, and no detailed prices. This was an outrageous price, even though "estimated."
Description of Work: a toilet installed by them 3 years ago was replaced with a bigger one.
