About us
Jacob Thompson grew up in Coeur d'Alene and graduated from Post Falls High School in 1999 and then joined the United States Marine Corps where he served four honorable years. After leaving the Marine Corps, he relocated to Texas where he lived for the next 16 years, in which time he married his beautiful wife and had two children. Starting a family prompted Jacob and his wife to move back to the Pacific Northwest in order to be closer to family. Since being back in Coeur d'Alene, Jacob noticed a need for backflow testing and sprinkler repairs. So in 2022 he founded Blu Backflow, and in 2023 he is excited to be out serving the community's needs of backflow testing.
