Ben Buroker was suggested to us by our salesperson at Apollo Spas in the Spokane Valley. He returned my initial phone call immediately and has been very responsive ever since. He spent a lot of time at our house figuring out the best option to wire our hot tub (this was not a simple task as it was going to be installed on an existing concrete pad adjacent to the house). He came out twice after the first bid, once to do most of the prep work prior to the hot tub delivery and again after delivery. His bid never changed. He listened to our requests and suggestions and applied them to the job which improved the aesthetics while being compliant with code. Ben is excellent. As part of a major home renovation, I was in need of an electrical contractor and solicited quotes from several contractors.  Northwest Wattage was was one of a handful who bothered to call back.  Ben arrived punctually to our initial meeting/consult where he evaluated my needs.  I received a quote within two days.  After weighing my options, I decided to go with Northwest Wattage due to first impressions and competitive pricing.

Over the course of our renovation, Ben was always the first contractor to arrive, working through the day's tasks at break-neck speed.  At no point were other contractors waiting for electrical.  Not only was he fast, his work was incredibly tidy and work areas were left clean.  Our panels look like works of art.

As a testament to his quality of work, we have not had to call Ben back for a single problem.  I look forward to working with Ben this fall when we install our generator.
