They make me happy when they do things like that. I walked in with the vacuum cleaner and asked them if they could fix it. They turned around and asked me if I wanted a miracle. When I told them that's what I would like, they told me they could give me a miracle and they wouldn't charge me much. They didn't charge me much and they did a miracle. I thought that was pretty good. They did the job very nicely. It was stunning and I really was impressed. One of the people who work there knows my wife but they had professional knowledge. I took it in and they did it. They did it exactly the way I wanted to and I had no problem at all. I am 69 and I am pretty picky. Someday when we retire completely then we will get something else probably, but right now we are keeping our Kirbys alive.
Description of Work: We have been keeping our vacuum cleaners alive for a quite a while. We take our vacuum in when it completely explodes to Kirby Company of Coeur D'alene and they fix it.
