+ -1 moreI called online banking service about my account, they couldn't find my account or the money. I went in to talk to them in person and they had me try to login to the computer. It said that my account didn't exist and neither did I. I have been having issues with them for 2 years, it's always been difficult for me to find my account. The banker who I spoke to kept pushing for me to switch banks. I had to get a new account number. They refused to help me.
Description of Work: I have been with this bank for over 20 years.
