I had a very large tree in bad shape and in need of work. The team at Woolf were perfect from start to finish. Even helped me talk with my neighbor about removing the limbs hanging over their property allowing the job to be done for less cost and faster results. I am very thankful for their help.

Lynn was the only person from the companies I took bids from who recognized that the cherry tree had been grafted and the original tree had died but the graft was still healthy. He recommended trimming 4 limbs from the elm tree and removing the suckers. We had to wait for a few weeks to get on their work list but they showed up exactly when they said they would be there and had the job finished in about 5 hours. They were incredible! The work was done very well and the yard was cleaned up better than it was before they showed up. I will hire them again when I need tree service. We are able to enjoy our backyard for the first time since we moved in this May.

Overall, they did an excellent job. They came on time, were very quick, and did what was asked of them. I felt like they were a bit rough on my surrounding landscaping but it may have been difficult to avoid smashing it.

They were prompt. They did the work to our satisfaction and finished in a timely manner.

They met me at my house during lunch time during first week of September. They gave me a bid at the time and said they would be available in a couple of weeks. I immediately accepted the bid and two weeks later they came out and cut the trees down. Everything was cleaned up. One tree was large cottonwood tree that required stump grinding. No mess. Exactly as agreed.

The crew arrived late in the day and seemed exhausted from the day's schedule. However, the crew lead insisted they deliver as promised, as I was leaving town the next day and had been scheduled for a few weeks. They worked fast and furious, taxing the equipment to get the job done. It was a little alarming how fast the tree fell. The job was successful, based on their experience and a little luck. The new hire made sure the chips didn't fly into our front windows by placing plastic trash cans to block the airborne chips, after the fact. They were a hard working crew!
I have used another company in the past that I was extremely pleased with, but because of a change in ownership I decided to use the and quot;big boysand quot;. The other company was extremely conscientious as well as hard working.
I gave a generous tip as I feel the crew deserved it. I would probably use the other company in the future as the owner was more involved in the end result.

I was not here when they came but the limbs were gone and the cleanup was exceptional. If not for the broken limbs being gone, you couldn't even tell they had been here.

.They were very great and amazing. They climb way up in the tree to trim it. They did a very good job and are knowledgable about the trees. They cleaned up everything when they were done.

They were prompt and they cleaned up after themselves.

They did well but the only complaint I had was that they might have been a little careless. I had a couple of fence posts that were broken off but it wasn't anything major. I didn't actually notice it till they were done and they were already gone so I didn't think it was really worth it getting them to come back. I called around for price and I ended up getting a good price. There were some problems with the ones I looked up on the list because they were so booked up and couldn't come to do it for quite a while. Their boss showed up, walked around with me and looked at everything when they started up.

They are excellent and we have used them for a long time. They come on time and they are very professional. They know what they are doing. They know how a tree had to be cut and not just wacked. I am very happy with them. I think that their price is very reasonable.
