Bob did an excellent job.  You couldn't even tell he had been here,except that my trees were gone. Having him come back for 3 more trees (stupid elm seed bugs!)

They were quick, professional, and did a superb job cleaning up.  Great job!

As a woman, I often feel patronized by workmen. But, my experience with Bob was a delight. He listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly as promised (actually, even more than promised). He did not overstate what he can do, was prompt with the estimate and stayed in touch re: scheduling the job. Knowledgeable, professional, great job, perfect clean-up, and a great price - I highly recommend this company!

We initially called in the late fall for an estimate, but the ground was already frozen so we had to wait until spring to actually have the work done. When we called in the spring they honored the estimate from the fall and had the stump out and the yard cleaned up in 2-3 hours. We were very pleased with their work and would hire the company again.

Bob was very professional. The trees he pruned look great and he removed all of the branches he cut down. The sick tree he advised me on made it through the summer, I will have to see how it does this season.

Bob was wonderful. He is very communicative and conscientious. He gave me a great bid and came in a little under. He is prompt and neat and he cleaned up after his work. I'll definitely use him again and I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs that type of service.

Bob was very professional and gave me the lowest bid I could find.  He was able to get the job done when needed and did a fantastic job. I will continue using him in the future and refer him to others I know.

A wind storm broke a branch in one of our trees which was not easily accessible or safe to remove without the proper equipment.  We were closing on the home the following week and needed to have the job done quickly.   Although the gentleman from SE Boise Tree and Shrub was busy, he agreed to take a look to see if he could get the job done in time.  He removed the branch, hauled it away and cleaned up the yard in time for a home to close.  He did a great job.

Bob came on the appointed day, worked very hard - even though it rained, didn't get finished and came back and finished two days later.  He charged us $125 LESS than his original bid.  We are very happy with all his work!  We think he is a perfectionist, and I would recommend him to anyone. We will have him come back as needed.

Arrived promptly on day promised.  Did a fantastic job of tree pruning.  Front yard looks wonderful after trimming back all the overgrowth.  Knows exactly what needs to be done. Initially wanted just two trees trimmed, but was so impressed, I kept "adding on".  Final cost was much less than I expected.   Would strongly recommend this tree service.

Bob did great work and had it done when he said he would. His price was good and his work was great. I will use him in the future for all my tree needs.

He accomplished more work, more quickly than we expected.  He is very thorough and has a full array of equipment appropriate to a one-man operation.  Bob is knowledgable and very pleasant to have around.

Bob spruced up my gardens, trimmed trees and shrubs..  Bob is prompt, professional, courteous and skilled.  We will hire him again. He worked at a steady pace for 8 hours.  He cleaned up and hauled away branches and other trimmings.  He advised me on areas of concern.   When my hubby does the work he hurts and complains all day so Bob is really worth the investment for that alone!  I highly recommend him - truly honest and reliable.

I got up and he already had 1 tree removed. I had to leave home for about 3 hours and he had removed the other tree.. He was ever thing you would want in a tree removed service.

Bob was very responsive.  He came as promised to give a bid and then provided proof of insurance when requested.  Initially he said he would have to do the job in two phases (remove tree one day and them come back a few days later to grind stump).  I was a little nervous about this until he said no payment would be expected until complete job was done.  That put me at ease and once bid was accepted he was able to schedule within a week and then gave me a couple days notice (pending weather).  He ended up being able to grind the stump the same day he removed the tree and did a great job with clean-up.  Bob was very professional and did a great job from start to finish.  I have shared his number with friends who may be contacting him in the fall to remove a tree.

Professional!  Listens! Makes suggestions!  Super attitude!  Once again, I went to Angie's List to find a professional! Bob is wonderful!  Trimmed up everything and removed all debris.  Now, the dogwoods look sculpted.  He went above and beyond and trimmed the lavender.  Came in under estimate.  I have been looking for someone like Bob for years and had literally given up.  I was doing it all by myself and it looked like it.  I am sure the neighbors appreciate how great it looks now.  I know we do!  Thank you, Bob!  And thank you Angie's List!

there is a reason why SE Boise Tree & Shrub has such glowing reviews, and that is Bob. he has tremendous skill, knowledge, professionalism, courtesy, and obvious pride in his work. he returned my call requesting an estimate in a timely manner, he was on time for the estimate and subsequent work, and i tell you that every day since he completed the job (which took less time than i anticipated and even came in under budget), when i pull up to my house, i smile. because my property looks fantastic. i am so happy to have found his company, and i will definitely continue to use and refer SE Boise Tree & Shrub as long as i live here. From the first phone call to the finished job, it was an awesome experience. Despite being busy, he was able to fit me into his schedule right away. Very professional and knowledgeable.  I would definatly call on them again.

We quickly scheduled the trimming, and he was very thoughtful in always getting back to me with phone calls on the timing and when he was coming.  He obviously knew what he was doing and his knowledge of trees was quite evident.  He looked around the whole property and offered suggestions and his bid came in at 100 less than other bids with 1/2 the work being done.  Our trees look great and he waited to prune back hard any trees before he checked with us.  He was very aware that you can't put a branch back after it was cut and so he would make sure that the pruning was exactly what we were wanting.  He also did a walk through at the end to make sure we were satisfied and it was no problem to go back and prune back a little more where we wanted.
He was a very kind and hard worker.  He even went as so far as to rake up some leaves in our yard!!  All the work was cleaned up well and the yard looks great.

A small blue spruce tree had tipped over in our yard.  I called Bob to ask when he would be available to come out and have a look at it to see if we could save it.  I lucked out in that Bob said that he may have some time later on the same day.  He came out, looked things over & determined the cause to be improper planting.  The root ball was still in the same position as when it was planted, with some sort of plastic root ball covering along with some plastic twine that had not been removed.  He spent a good amount of time evaluating what we had, how it had come to tip over and how we could fix it.  In the end, he explained that it would be quite expensive to repair (we would need to bring in a crane) and how we would be better off just to replace it.  He gave me a price to cut up and haul the old tree which was very reasonable.  He spend the next hour or 2 doing that and left a very neat & tidy bed when he was done.  Bob was great to work with!

It went very smoothly, about an hour and a half from start to finish.
