Major Appliance Repair Services

They inspected my stove & didn't find the problem early in December.  The issue didn't present while they were here of course. When it occurred later, they responded immediately. They applied the service call charge to the cost to repair my oven. I was impressed at their friendliness and professionalism! My oven was fixed in no time. They answered all my curiosity questions with patience and clarity. Other appliance repair services have cost over twice what they charge! I will never use another appliance repair service no matter what the appliance - even if I had to wait!

Everything went well.  They came, determined the part that needed to be installed, called me when the part came in, and came when he said he would.  We met at the house and he even waited 10 minutes for me to get there.  Overall, a professional experience.

I initially called MARS appliance repair. The guy did his job fine, was in my home less than an hour and charged me $79.50 for a service call. I think that is insanely overpriced.

I called this company after checking Angie's List and finding a comment from someone who had a similar problem. The person who took my call was polite and seemed knowledgeable of my problem. I was able to make an appointment for the following day. The repairman showed up on time and worked efficiently and professionally to complete the job and solve the problem as well as removing ice maker machinery which I did not use any longer. I had also asked for help with a malfunctioning microwave and he advised me that repairs would cost more than a new microwave and even gave me some suggestions for recycling it. The copy of the bill he gave me explained what work was done.

The company was extremely fast in their process. It took two hours to complete as the technician had to retrieve parts from the shop. I would definitely hire the company again as they were reasonable in price and knew what the man knew what he was doing.
