As with any security you hope to never use it.We had to last year. I was at work down the road from my house. I received a call saying that my smoke alarm went off. Infiniti Security called the fire department and they were on their way. Nothing was on fire. The blower motor in the furnace seized up and started smoking. The firemen said that had we waited any longer it may have started a real fire. Thank you Infiniti Security for being there when we needed it.

I stumbled and fell in my kitchen and fortunately I have my new alert system around my neck! I was not able to move so I used my Infiniti Alert system! I live several miles out of town and my son had left for work! The firemen, ambulance and sheriff's vehicles all came! I ended up having a second shoulder surgery on my right arm. I would have laid on the floor for 10 hours without my alert system!
