No waiting upon arrival.  Everyone was very professional and informative.  New X-rays needed since this was a first visit.  Very thorough cleaning by a conscientious and personable hygienist, followed by a comprehensive check/inspection by Dr. Huff.  Everything went very smoothly. I was fully informed of progress during every step of the process.   Check out was simple and straightforward. 

I've been seeing Dr. Muto for a number of years, and the staff and he have always been great to work with. I went in for my general eye exam, and complained about issues I've been having with my contacts. Dr. Muto gave me a few samples to try, and I've been happy with the options. I now have contacts that I can wear that don't constantly slip due.
They are always a great staff to work with, and I appreciate the services they provide.

I see Dr Muto and I've been going to him for about 20 years and they are always excellent. Their staff is really good. They are really friendly. They recognize you when come in, after the first time you've been there and along through, as long as you stay with them. They are really professional. They have a nice, up to date office and they are always updating their equipment. It is really an excellent service. What keep me using them is the doctor that I see and his staff. A lot of his staff has been there with him nearly that long. Even when I've had an infection and needed to see him on an emergency, he has always been very responsive and gets me in right away. The office environment is great. You never have to wait very long when you have an appointment. You get in at your appointment time.
