Ordered purple lizianthus. They were gorgeous. They arrived on time, in great condition, and the perfect color. The flowers were still looking great a week after the wedding. If you are looking for quality flowers and helpful, courteous assistance go to fifty flowers. Even after my on line purchase they called and confirmed the purchase the next day. I would order from them again.

This is not the kind of company that you want to place an order with if there is any chance that you might need to change or cancel your order (i.e. a family reunion, wedding, company event, etc.). They charge a 15 percent order cancellation fee no matter when you cancel, even if it's within 24 hours after placing your order. This company looks good online, but their customer service is unprofessional and unresponsive. I was given the number of a different online florist by my account rep when I asked to speak with a supervisor about the 15 % cancellation fee. When I tried to contact the customer service number that is on the FiftyFlowers website, I was put on indefinite hold. When I tried to call the number of the person I had spoken to earlier, they refused to answer the phone. The cancellation information is on the website, but you have to look for it. Look under the FAQ's if you want an explanation for the 15 % charge. There is no mention of a cancellation fee on your receipt or on your email confirmation. Online companies that want to encourage return business and generate positive references generally do not charge a fee for a cancellation within 24 hours. Bottom line, if you place an order with this company, you will pay 15% of your total order if you cancel. Buyer beware!
