At completion of project (took 2 months) all work was done well and we are satisfied. All personnel professional and friendly; office person is excellent. Scheduling issues prevent this firm getting an 'Excellent' from me. Small size of job ($820) may have contributed to delays in getting workman scheduled sooner.
This projects was not time urgent because of low probability of rain during project. Perhaps a more time-urgent project would receive faster scheduling from the firm. They have great potential.
I might use again after discussing these issues with firm.
They were very professional and thorough . .a couple of the gutters were very difficult to get to, but they persevered and got the job done .. they cleaned up afterwards, even sweeping the front sidewalk .. we will be using them again for other services

"We are sorry to hear that [member name removed] didn't think our service was outstanding. As we do with all new clients, we placed a "Thank You" call to her 2 days after the cleaning. We use the thank you as an opportunity to also ask how it went and if there is anything we could better. Unfortunately, we had to leave a message as she did not answer the call; and she didn't return our call. We value our clients' feedback as it directly drives changes to our service and/or policies. While we are disappointed and wish we knew just where we failed to meet her expectations, we hope she is being well-served by the company she did choose and we thank her again for trying us out."
About 2 months after the cleaning I found some issues with a room we do not use very often. There were 2 spots they treated that had bleached out and in 2 other places they treated they have now turned brown. We did contact them about the issue and they came out to try and fix it but were unable to. The technicians that came out to try to fix the work said they would let the manager know and they would follow up with me about what would happen now. They told me that this was not their responsibility and they think there is something else going on with the carpet that they are not responsible for. So I am left with spots on my carpets that were not there before the service and they are denying any responsibility for it. I was very happy with the initial cleaning but am very dissappointed with their response to these problems.
"We are sincerely sorry that [member name removed] has developed these issues with her carpet. We performed the original service on March 17 and 18. [member name removed] gave us a 5-star review within 1 week of the service and updated her review later, giving us even more positive feedback. [member name removed]called in June about some issues with her carpet. This was 3 months after service. We are always glad when clients call us with issues since it gives us the opportunity to continue to earn their business and possibly learn something new. So, on July 18, we went to [member name removed] and worked on her carpet - at no charge. [member name removed] could not provide any information on what this new stain might be from and despite our best efforts, it would not come up. We understand that [member name removed] is asserting that we somehow caused this stain months earlier; however, we used the same products and process throughout the rest of the home with the same great results that our clients have come to expect. We are very sorry [member name removed] feels that although we returned at no charge, somehow we have failed to live up to our Angie's List A rating. None the less, we do appreciate that she called us and gave us the opportunity to work on this issue for her."
