Bannon's Truck Repair

To Whom it May Concern,I am owner of a diesel Class A motor home (Freightliner chassis w/Cat engine and Allison trans). While returning home to Boise recently, I experienced an exhaust system failure (unknown to me at the time) which caused damage to batteries and wiring. When the damage was discovered, I sought an experienced RV mechanic. My initial reference replaced batteries (6) but then incorrectly connected cables causing even further damage. The coach would not even start following his “repairs” and he was unable to resolve the problem. 
I was subsequently referred to Luke Bannon, owner of Bannon’s diesel repair. Luke diagnosed the problem(s) and worked quickly (and outside typical shop hours) to help get me back on the road. He was thorough in explaining his work and also alerted me to a rear wheel seal which had failed and was compromising brake performance. He promptly and capably repaired that problem as well (old parts were kept and returned). His pricing was fair (below typical RV shop rates) and his sense of urgency to the situation was deeply appreciated. I strongly recommend him to anyone in need of diesel engine or chassis work. Honest, skilled and responsive…GREAT asset to the Treasure Valley!
