I came in earlier in the week to have measurements taken and asked if the alterations could be prepared for that Saturday as I had an event in the evening I needed the items for.  They process all moved fairly quickly, and as there were no other customers in the store at the time, there was no wait for me.  The alterations were completed and the clothing was ready when I went to pick them up, and based on a cursory inspection everything looked ok.  The seating of the buttons on the sleeves is fine, and the pants seem to be hemmed properly, and since these items won't be put under significant stress, I don't think there will be any issues long-term.  The only negative I would have is the prices seemed a little high, but I came here based on a recommendation from a friend, and since the event was coming up quickly I was willing to pay extra to ensure that the work was going to be good and done on time.
I have a bunch of items I need alterations on, and I was hoping to develop a relationship with the shop so that I could bring them the rest of my clothing, but there was very little discussion, and the whole process felt rather transactional.  If I have items I need done quickly in the future, and I don't have another shop I like better, I would bring them back here, but I am going to test out some of the other tailors in Des Moines as well.

I got them off of Angie's List. They're great. It was a great experience. I've used them multiple times since the first. I was very pleased with them. I would recommend their quality of work and friendliness.

Very well, done in a timely manner and excellent work. The only complaint I had is when I had the dress on to show them what I needed, they did it in the front windows where other clients were also waiting. Wish they had a more private area in the back for this. That's my one and only issue. I will use them again!

Don't know if the price is good. It was a simple job but an expensive jacket. I didn't want to do the job so maybe it was worth it.

Very professional. Quick fitting. Response time was quick (one week for all 8 items. They were well done, and the price was reasonable.

Time frame was 2 weeks, but worth the wait. They took the shoulders apart to make the alterations and you can't tell where they were made. Looks just like it came off the rack. Very pleased with the work. Won't hesitate to use them again.

The process went well. I felt the price was competitive with other tailors as I had shopped around before deciding on Jung Tailor. At first he told me it would be 2 weeks before my jeans would be ready, but as I was nearing the end of my pregnancy I didn't want to wait that long to have my jeans hemmed (I was running out of things to wear that fit me by that point), so when I asked if I could get them done sooner he said he could. I think I had to wait about 5 days but that was better than 2 weeks. I was overall satisfied with the end result. I could have hemmed them myself (I do sew quite a bit) but I just didn't have the time to do it, so for me it was $15 well spent. I would not hesitate to go to Jung Tailor again in the future.

Jung Tailor is the most professional tailor I have ever experienced. He makes sure everything fits right and the work he does is TOP QUALITY. I had some clothes that I was no longer wearing, and thanks to Jung Tailor I'm able to wear them. Since they are mens suits, they are not out of style, and the alteration work makes them look phenomenal. Jung Tailor is a hidden gem in West Des Moines.
