The job was completed on time and cleaned up after window installation.

Did what they said they would. Love the new windows.

I hire them,however they haven't installed the two windows yet. Covid-19 has delayed the job

Scott was very good about keeping us informed of when he would be available to do the work. His crew did a great job. Great clean up afterwards. Would definitely hire them again.

The lead installer it was very rude I had a small conflict and he wouldnt even acknowledge that is existed

Updated review: Great people to work with, very nice windows. The reason for the low score on customer service, was that their customer service was non existent when I had a problem! I called numerous time with no action. I was totally ignored! I had to leave a bad review for them to finally react.... They have good prices, superior workmanship BUT.. you might not get any help if you have problems.

Everything was nice except didn’t cleanup caulk in some areas

They finished quickly.

I thought they did a good job overall. they showed up on time, they had to remove an old door and by 9:30 am.they had were ready to install the new door. It looks very nice.

The new windows have helped in reducing our cooling cost .

Gary Bierma was our salesman, he didn't pressure us into buying anything we didn't need. We need 2 replacement windows, some fascia repaired and a storm door installed. Scott Smith's crew did a great job. There were some hiccups because of lack of notes. The fascia is about 40 feet off the ground, which they weren't prepared for and had to come back another day. In the end it all looks great.

Did a great job. The doors look wonderful. Project done when they said it would be. Very happy.

I guess I would have liked to not have had to pick up scrap wood scattered, sweeping sawdust, or throwing away old dead bolt. Maybe some chalk between interior wallboard and door frame would have been nice. I am pleased with the metal covering of the door frame looks great. They were very polite and on time. They also did a pretty good job filling in several woodpecker holes on my south side even with snow on the ground.

I'm rating this not for the work done, but for the work we have NOT SEEN DONE! The actually sales experience was very good! How ever after that the customer service stopped. We were told are job would be done prior to Thanksgiving, I've had to call on twice and now it has been pushed back a secound time to the secound week in December. Ordered windows and a door for our front porch, called them to cancel the door prior to them even receiving it and was told we could not do it. Will be replacing 12 more windows throughout the house and cannot say we'll be using this company again.

Installers were great. Showed up on time and went right to work. Doors look good.

Salesman & Installers acted in a timely fashion.

We unfortunately were delayed by 3 months in our 1st project as so many were lined up for sewer replacement. Windows were our second project. Went to Iowa Lumber without an appointment, sale person demonstrated the various windows. I had measurements with and within an hour I was sold. I went back a couple times to make some changes without any problem a new estimate was written. Windows were in within 2 weeks and 23 were installed in two days, Fast, quality work, beautiful windows and those terrible 1950's storms are gone! Now only have 37 windows to wash not 72. Excellent company.

Estimate process was completed quickly and in details. Work was completed as scheduled.

I really have nothing good to say about this company that finally installed my storms for me. It seems like it took way too much time for these supposedly special order windows to come in, but yet they were promising next day service otherwise. I can't say that I would recommend them to anyone at this time. Their other jobs seem to take preference and I would prefer someone that focuses on customer service more than that.
