The first and subsequent two appointments have all been great. I have always been greeted warmly and professionally. The Optometrist is always professional and kind. The process is smooth and they always make me feel like they go the extra distance to take care of me right away or ensure I am the most comfortable. For example, on my last visit, even though I thought my contacts were working well he said I could try some different ones as there was a slight change in my eyes and he could get me some trials just so I could try them. They always send you away with something!
I wish they had more recognizable brands for eyeglass frames though. I don't recognize any of the brands they carry and I couldn't find a pair I liked.
