It went quite well. We made the appointment when our daughter wanted to borrow the car to take to Illinois for a retreat. They tried everything and found no damage to the tire. They decided it may be leaking around the rim, but slowly enough that it was safe to use the tire for the trip. It hasn't leaked since for whatever reason!
We have used Linder Tire's services for years. It is easy to get an appointment and they are quick, so you can wait right there while they get the job done. The entire staff are friendly and great to work with.

The first person I dealt with was nice and helped me, but it quickly went downhill from there. The first time I went in I wanted to look at purchasing 4 new tires for my van. So I looked a couple of different brands. Then when I went back to make a selection the guy that helped me didn't seem interested at all. Of course all the men that came and sent got waited on fine. I also got my car aligned when I got the tires put on and had to take it back. The customer service I got there was awful. I feel it was because I was an opinionated woman.
I'm not sure of the exact date--But I can give you type of vehicle. WE also purchased tires for my husband's car. I guess we were a glutten for punishment. We won't go back.

I took my car to Linder to check out a clunking sound. It turned out to be a solid chunk of mud stuck to the inside of the wheel, no big deal. So I headed to Des Moines for the weekend. The drive there was fine, but on the way back, my tire was so wobbly I had to drive 50 mph on the interstate. It felt like the tire was going to fall off. Turns out, it was. When they put my tire back on, they failed to tighten the lug nuts! My tire was 2-3 finger turns from completely falling off. My husband tightened the lug nuts so it would be safe to drive back to Linder. I called Monday morning to tell them what happened and that I was bringing it in. I never got an apology on the phone, sat at Linder without hearing a word and only got a quick "sorry" as I walked out the door. We will NEVER go back.

I love them and I think that they are awesome. They are fair, honest and they always have more than one option for service. I don't have to choose the expensive fix since they have more affordable choice.

They are close by. I'd give them an A for everything.

I would say they were honest and fair with the work that needed to be done. He does excellent work.
