Very knowledgeable about the pest control business.  Was on time and extremely professional.  I felt that he gave me a good feeling that he knows what he is doing and talking about.  I will definitely call him to come and check my home next year to make sure I have no pest problems.

He said he could not kill them because they are honey bees. He referred me to bee keepers but they said they were yellow jackets. He came back and sprayed and took care of them. He did a very thorough job.

Randy was running late, but he kept me updated by phone as to when he would be at my address. He was very professional, and courteous. I would definitely use this service again.

I called near the end of my 30 days to report the return of the ants in one room.I was offered an immediate appointment,but I chose to wait a few weeks to get a particular time.Randy arrived early for a 9am appt.He investigated where the ants were coming in from.Then he sprayed inside and outside.He also put granules on an ant hill out in the yard.He was very helpful and friendly despite this being a free call back.I was very happy with the service I got both times from Quality Pest Control.I would recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about this company.  They were right on time,  very professional, and took care of my problem immediately.  I will always use this company, and recommend them to anyone.


Just giving a long over-do update.  The bats came back as soon as the weather got cold.  I called Quality Pest Control for additional help with this matter, they never called back.  I probably would not use them now, even though they were extremely nice, they really never took care of the problem.  The least they could have done is call me back and tell me they couldn't help me.  I have another company in the process of helping me with this issue...so far so good.  I will review them once everything is finished.

Randy arrived at 8:30am for his 8:00am appointment on Tues after Memorial day weekend.He was very nice.He asked about what problems I was having and then sprayed the house,inside and out.

It has only been a week but I have experienced no more problems with bugs.He said I had a month to call back if there was a repeat of the problem.

I was very satisfied with the service.Randy was prompt in replying to my emails to set up service.

He was courteous and professional.I would recommend quality Pest Control.

Could not be happier with Quality Pest Control, very polite, helpful and good natured business. Will be giving all my business for pest problems to Quality Pest Control from here on out.

Randy will take care of you.  Trust this company to provide you exactly what you are looking for.  He was kind enough to call me and cancel the first appointment due to high winds.  He could have came for the original appointment and completed a half-par job but he knew the high winds were going to cause issues with treating the outside of my house.  We rescheduled and he showed up on time and ready to take care of business. Well done.

Randy has been very responsive and very flexible, willing to work around my changing schedule.  I am confident that he will be able to help me keep my home pest free.  And I found his rates to be much less than the national chains.

I went to go empty out a kitchen cabinet for painting last night, and there was a dead mouse in the bottom.  I called Quality Pest Control around 5:30 and got their answering service (not a machine, a real person).  She took my name, number, address, and problem and said someone would call me back during business hours today.  Sure enough, got a call around 9:30am saying they could come out this afternoon.  He already knew my address and the problem which was nice so I didn't have to repeat everything.  Said he could be here in the afternoon and he called me when he was on his way so I knew.
He (I believe his name was Greg, but I was a little distracted when he had called) was very friendly and professional when he arrived.  He removed the mouse, set 3 bait traps in different cabinets in the kitchen where they are most likely to come in.  Then set 3 more in the laundry room, closet underneath the stairs to the basement, and in the garage so I am completely covered.  It cost $107 total including tax and the traps are mine to keep.  He said if I had them come back out again in a few months when it's warmer it would be $60 to refill all of them with the actual "food." 
I would definitely hire Quality Pest Control again without hesitation.  They were so prompt and friendly and knew what they were doing.

Randy came all the way down from Marion to Iowa City to help us with mice in the house. He was very thorough, gave us a lot of tips on how to keep them out, and put out a lot of poison and traps. We have not seen, or even seen any evidence, of a single mouse since (two weeks). He was very pleasant, professional, prompt, and went out of his way to make sure that the problem was taken care of on the first trip. He was courteous to both males and females. We plan on calling them again in the spring for other types of pest control. I usually forget to write reviews but we had a very positive experience. He offered the Angie's list discount with no hassle and was upfront about cost.

I wasn't there--seller was, but all went smoothly!  The Quality guy called and gave me a report before he left the home.

It was fast and easy. We have small children and pets, he assured us of any concerns that I had and answered all my questions. Even set up a follow up to make sure :)
