The follow through was good.

It was a positive experience. I collected four bids from other roofers before hearing about Shawn Hedrick from a co-worker, who was pleased with his work. I got a bid from Shawn. It was higher on average than the other bids, but it was the most comprehensive bid I received, and he made sure he took the time to walk me through the estimate, and the alternatives included within it. I was impressed with his professionalism, and his thoroughness. That won him the job. The job was done well, on time, at or slightly below the estimate cost.

It's not very exciting to spend a bunch of money on a new roof, but if I ever need to do it again, Shawn Hedrick will be the first person I call.

The company was very responsive at first. It took a while to get us fit into the schedule, however I understood that they had several jobs to fit in before the cold weather came in. The garage and column jobs were completed, but they told me that the siding project would have to wait due to the cold weather. The initial work looked great, however, come spring I noticed the columns were beginning to get large gaps in the joints. I called Hedrick to follow up on completing the small siding job and to repair the columns. It took a while to hear back, but they called and scheduled an appointment. They never showed. I called twice more and eventually heard back from Shawn Hedrick. I explained once again what I needed. He said he'd call me the following week to schedule me in, but never did. I've finally given up and have contacted another company about completing the siding work, but I feel that Hedrick should be responsible for fixing the columns.

Everything was great, except that they were a little pricey. They were professional. The crew that came out was amazing. We spent about $600 on that service. Our neighbor also had her roof done. It was roofing repair that was done through chimney, but we can't speak for our neighbor house.
