WICKMAN AUTO SALES

If you visit this business you will notice how the "waiting" area is almost non-existent.  It's filled with half-naked pictures of women and is made to be uncomfortable so that you DO NOT stay and wait while your vehicle is supposedly being repaired.  It also gives Jim and Rick a moment to run down to Dave Wickman's Auto Salvage (yes, it's Jim's brother) to pick up used parts after you've paid for new parts.(Billy Isbell who is the brother-in-law to Dave Wickman told me this himself.)

 If you randomly walk up to people in town and ask them to recommend a good auto mechanic (as I have done after this incident) not one person mentioned the name "Wickman."  They will mention Jensvold Automotive Repair, Randy's Auto Repair and Iowa Lakes Community College Automotive Department. I've been to Jensvold's waiting area and it was very nice and comfortable for their clients.  Iowa Lakes Community College has worked on our vehicles for years and I highly recommend their automotive department.

Be smart.  Look the businesses up online to see what the Iowa courts have listed.  Ask people in town who they recommend.  Hopefully you will be able to find a good mechanic because their are wonderful people in Emmetsburg, Iowa who do good and honest work, Jim and Rick just aren't in that class.
