I was very pleased with Wells Fargo. I worked with three other brokers who claimed they could find me the lowest rate, but when I called Wells Fargo, they beat the brokers' rates and fees. In addition, I was assigned a representative who worked with me throughout the whole process. She was very professional and responsive. She kept me informed about the status of the loan and made sure the documents were ready for an on-time closing.

WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE DID A GOOD JOB WITH THE RE-FINANCING OF OUR HOME. THEY WERE QUICK AND FRIENDLY. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AND MADE THE EXPERIENCE HASSLE FREE.

WELLS FARGO HAS ALWAYS BEEN A GREAT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY POLITE ON THE PHONE AND TRY TO HELP YOU IN A TIMELY MANNER. I TRUST THEM.
