WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE

Worst customer service ever. Non-responsive to requests. Slow to get things done. Give out false statements to callers. One person tells you one thing and then another tells you differently. Much resistance when asking to speak to supervisors. Also, refuse to give contact information for people up-the-line in order to register a complaint. Seem to think that I would have an easier time making payments at over 6% interest rate as opposed to 4.5%. Also, had to make one in-person trip and two additional calls in order to be able to talk to thier mortgage "specialist". During one call I was on hold for over 20 minutes and then was transferred then when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was given another number to call because there "are no supervisors here". This call took almost an hour. Another time I called the foreclosure department, who transferred me to customer service, who attempted to transfer me back to the foreclosure department. Did talk to a supervisor but she was extremely unhelpful. Would not deal with Wells Fargo again.

I was very pleased with Wells Fargo. I worked with three other brokers who claimed they could find me the lowest rate, but when I called Wells Fargo, they beat the brokers' rates and fees. In addition, I was assigned a representative who worked with me throughout the whole process. She was very professional and responsive. She kept me informed about the status of the loan and made sure the documents were ready for an on-time closing.

WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE DID A GOOD JOB WITH THE RE-FINANCING OF OUR HOME. THEY WERE QUICK AND FRIENDLY. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AND MADE THE EXPERIENCE HASSLE FREE.

WELLS FARGO HAS ALWAYS BEEN A GREAT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY POLITE ON THE PHONE AND TRY TO HELP YOU IN A TIMELY MANNER. I TRUST THEM.
