Had the oil changed. Made an appointment and they were very prompt. They check brakes but no pressure to repair there. A coupon is given each time for 20% off next oil change or 10% off wheel alignment.

If you bought your tires there, they will repair a flat for free.
Most of the time, you have to schedule an appointment instead of just dropping in to get service. They always seem to be very busy; and, even if you make an appointment, they don't always get the work done when promised.
Costs for some services (like oil change, auto repairs) seem kind of high in comparison to other shops in town.
They are pretty good about calling you with a repair estimate and getting your okay before they begin the work.
