Rentals - Equipment
When I purchased the trailer, I also inquired about adding a winch. Not only did they agree to install the winch, they suggested different types of winch and pros and cons of each. After installing the winch, the installer suggested welding a loop on the back of the trailer to hook the cable so we would not have to crank the cable so far. 30 minutes later the loop was on, painted and ready to go.
They were thorough in going over how to properly hook up the trailer and made me comfortable with everything before I drove away.
Paperwork was ready for me when I arrived to pay and pick the trailer up.
