Sean was great to work with and while it could be hard to contact him sometimes, when i did speak with him he was upfront, honest, and plainspoken.  His crew did excellent work and were great guys.  Outside of some supply issues for some title which caused a delay, everything went smooth and the work exceeded our expectations.  This small family operation was overall great and I will recommend and use them for any flooring needs.

Great!  Sean (the owner) came out to as scheduled to give us his professional opinion on whether or not the floor could be repaired.  After discussing what he felt the issue was and what our options where we decided tearing out and starting over was the best possible solution.  I spoke to Michelle ( Sean's wife) over the phone to let her know what colors we were leaning toward and what price range we would like to stay within and that we would be stopping in right when they opened on Saturday.  She told me neither her nor Sean would be there, but she would let the employee know we were coming.  To our surprise Michelle and Sean came to the showroom, knowing we were going to be there.  It really let us know that Sean and Michelle wanted our business and were willing to sacrifice an hour out of their Saturday to make sure we didn't have any questions.  We were scheduled for Monday Feb. 17th and that is exactly the day Sean and his crew arrived.  We were very impressed that the owner himself came to make sure everything was going to go as planned.  The entire crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves.  The tile looks fabulous.  We were once ashamed of our floor and now we can't wait to show it off.  I would definitely us The Flooring Guys again!   

Went fantastic. Provided prompt quote, which was much better than most. Then when we were ready to start the project, we visited their showroom and they spent a good amount of time going over different styles and options for the flooring. Very happy with the results.

We had sent an email to Flooring Guys through Angie's List. Never got a response. Called them and the guy on the line said the owner was out on their honeymoon and would get back to us when he got back. Heard from Sean after about a week, that he would be there the next day. He came and looked at our flooring request. He took an extra tile we had to see if he could match up and find something similar. Before leaving he said he would get back to us on Monday (this was a Friday/Sat). 1 week later, got an email that he was on it and was still trying to locate our tile. 
Have not heard from them since then. It has been exactly 1 month since that email. We have not gotten back our tile either. I am not sure how everyone keeps rating this company an A when clearly in this instance their service has been nothing but an F.

Carpet on two levels of our home and staircases also. Sean Wood really helped me figure out what flooring I wanted. They have a good selection of product and Michelle helped us in the floor room along with Sean. Just as important the installers were great people to work with and very helpful with us. Everyone was pleasant, professional and knowledgable. Enjoyed working with this company from beginning to end.

They worked in the short time frame we needed as we were getting our house ready to sell.  I was out of state, so Sean picked out the colors.  The house looked better than when we bought it brand new 12 years ago.  (I am not sure I ever want to pick my own colors again:) I would recommend them to anyone who needs a professional job of high quality with a more reasonable price than Home Depot.  (They even discounted our laminate to work the total to fit into our lower budget.)  So much thanks to The Flooring Guys!

Working with The Flooring Guys was a very good experience.  Both Sean and Shawn are very knowledgeable about flooring options and gave me a lot of information that helped me make the best choices for my house.  They were very patient with me when I had to delay the installation of the carpeting on my first floor for a couple of months.  The installation went fine for all the flooring.  I would definitely use The Flooring Guys again and would recommend them to my friends.

I called 'The Flooring Guys' due to good ratings on Angie's list.  Sean Wood came soon to look at the project.  He requested to have a co-worker, Randy, look at the project before quoting it.  I waited about a week without hearing further (failure # 1).  I called provider again and talked to Sean Thompson and he said he'd get Randy to call me.  
Randy called and set up an appointment to come visit the following Tuesday from 1:00 to 4:00 PM.  Randy said when Tuesday arrived he would call and narrow the time to expect his arrival (He didn't call...failure #2) I sat by the door from 12:30 (in case he came early, ha!) to 4:00 and he never showed!  I then phoned twice and left messages on his machine and he never returned my calls (failure # 3).  After two days, I called Sean Wood again to see if Randy had had some emergency that accounted for the repeated unprofessional behavior.  He said no...no emergencies; just busy.  I've learned from experience that if you have to chase providers time after time to even perform the most minor things as return phone calls and keep appointments, that you should avoid that vendor!

These guys did a great job! They were fast and courteous. They did such a great job that I hired them for a carpeting job too.

The project was to remove old carpet and install new on two levels plus stairs.  I also asked to have front entry laminate replaced/upgraded.   I had worked with Sean (owner The Flooring Guys) before and was looking forward to working with him on the carpet project.
Contacting and working with The Flooring Guys is easy.  I am able to call, email or even text them with project ideas and questions.  I always receive a prompt and sincere response. They take the time to explain the scope of the project, help me pick options, and answer questions.   The level of professionalism is excellent and the customer service is above what is expected.  The estimate received was accurate and work was done as explained.
For the carpet install project, Sean met with me and we went over my options.  He brought samples and talked about quality, durability, and what is on trend.  His explanations were detailed, as he is very knowledgeable about his products.   I was concerned about quality and price and Sean helped me pick an option that was reasonable in both areas.  
I had a special situation where the house I just purchased was causing respiratory issues for me.  One solution was to remove the old existing carpet as soon as possible.  Sean made sure he got my product ordered and installed as soon as feasibly possible because of my health issues.   It wasn?t something that I asked him to do; he took it upon himself to make sure I was taken care of right away!
The installation process went very well.   The installers are very good and worked around my requests and furniture.   I didn?t have enough room to store all my furniture for the install since I was doing the entire house, so the installers made adjustments to their normal install process to accommodate me.  When they were finished, they cleaned up everything and vacuumed for me.
The front entryway is amazing.   I let Sean pick out the flooring product for me so he could find something to go with my new carpet.   He did a great job and they look great together.  The finished product is beautiful!

Carpet was installed promptly, they forgot an area and came back to complete the job no problem.  Sanding and refinishing the floor was also done promptly.  The floor looked great but I did notice a few spots that had bubbles in them and a place they missed sanding.  They are small and not very noticeable.  I did put in a call for some help with removing fresh scratches but didn't get a response.  Otherwise the service was great!  Price was a little high, but I needed the job done ASAP and they delivered.

The crew was great. All went right to work, knew what they were doing. Sanding went well, clean up was very good, poly coats took 2.5 days to dry between coats, very smooth satin finish. One closet could not be restored, so the owner came out and carpeted it at no extra charge. Great job, great company.

Excellent people with which to work.  Their estimate was accurate, they did the work as scheduled, communicated daily with specific arrival times of the craftsmen, and were flexible with our requests for small changes in the work schedule.

Each staff member we had contact with at The Flooring Guys was fantastic. Phone calls, texts, emails were all returned very promptly. We were never rushed to make a decision and were never pressured into purchasing anything we didn't feel was right for our needs. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Sean and Adam came to review the project and quote the job.  They were the first to respond to my request for help and very fair in their estimate..  They were very flexible with my schedule for getting the work done timely.  I provided the majority of the materials so the cost was mostly labor for this project.  All workers were courteous and careful in doing the tasks.  They also did a nice job with clean up which is so appreciated.  I recommend them for future work.

The overall experience was great with this company.  They were very prompt and were able to work with my schedule.  I was also impressed by the quality of work.

I was concerned about this type of installation but Sean, the owner, was very helpful in describing my options and how the process would go.  He took the time to help me with selections and answered all my questions.  I even changed my mind about the color selection and it was no problem for them to get what I wanted.
They were always very responsive and got me an estimate within a few days of contacting them.   They had to wait on me to get the installation done as my situation changed a few times.  Otherwise the new floor would have been installed very quickly.   Once I was ready to go, they were there and did a very professional job.  
I have been raving about their work and how much I love my new floor.   I am already looking at other projects they can do for me.  They will definitely be recommended to friends and family!

Excellent.  I can't rave enough about these guys. They were incredibly helpful, attentive and got the job done perfectly and in a timely manner. The tile installer they used was top notch and I have already referred them to my friends. We have beautiful acacia floors and fantastic tile in our shower, bathrooms and family room fire place. I would highly recommend them to ANYONE!

I used Angie's List to find The Flooring Guys, and I was not disappointed. Granted we didn't shop around to compare price or products, but we felt confident and comfortable with the company from our first contact with them. We were pleased with the helpfulness, selection of materials, and ease of doing business with the Flooring Guys.  We will definitely consider using their services again.
