We like everything about them. That is why we are getting the floors in the dining room done. They did a good job. There is nothing we dislike.

I met with Sean from The Flooring Guys on 1/26/15 to have him look at the space.  By the next day, I had a quote on carpet and installation.  I visited his store on 1/29/15 to pick out the actual carpet/color and got on the installation schedule for 2/5/15.  Installers arrived promptly and did an excellent job of installation. They also did a great job of cleaning up afterwards.  Since this was a rental property, cost was a factor - their quote was very reasonable.  I opted to pay in full when I ordered but could have just made a deposit for the cost of the carpet.  I would definite use their services again.

He did an excellent job. The tile work was uniform on the floor, and he fixed all the bad grout work and caulking in the shower. The trim he intalled was done well too.

Everything about working with the Flooring Guys was incredibly smooth. Everyone we worked with was incredibly efficient and professional. We love our new carpet and love even more how easy the process to have it installed was. Will be hiring them for the rest of our flooring projects.

They did an excellent job. They are good people. The pricing was good. My family and I would use them again anytime in the future.

The company installed carpet in 2 rooms while we were at work with no problems.They were very easy to work with and knowledgeable about the different types of carpets. We ended up purchasing carpet through them as well. They had our rooms finished within a couple weeks of the initial contact with the company.

The Flooring Guys really stepped up. I had guests arriving that weekend. Even though i had just contacted them, Sean was able to schedule his guys to take care of it first thing Friday morning. No one should expect same-week service from a flooring company in the summer months, but he was able to make it work, and all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

The installers arrived a little early and I was not ready, however, they were so wonderful, they came in and took everything out of the room for me, including my ironing board covered with clothes and several shopping  bags. They were so nice and professional, they were quick and left no mess at all, there were hardly any carpet threads around. I was very impressed. 

The ladies in the office were so helpful to me, they were both ready and willing to help with my questions and gave me great suggestions, I love the choice I made.

They did good work for fair price. No hidden charges like some of the big stores in the metro area.

The crew installed 800 square feet of carpet and had the furniture back in place in about 4 hours.  The new carpet looks great.  Cleanup was very good.

I hired Flooring Guys because of the positive reviews on Angies List. I was not disappointed. The price wasn't cheap, but then, neither were the materials and quality of work. The sales rep and estimator, Shaun, came to our town home, gave us some options to consider for materials, and measurerd the area to be replaced: one master bedroom and walk in closet on the upper level (carpet), stairs (carpet), and the downstairs hall and large family room (replace carpet over concrete with tile). They have a functional display room in Des Moines where you can see what the various products look like side by side -- they've actually installed the products all over their walls and floor. We went with a good quality carpet and what turned out to be an excellent porcelain tile. The Flooring Guys use subcontractors for the tile work (at least they did on our job) and another crew for the carpet. The project took four days: Tear out the old on day one and prep downstairs concrete floor; install tile days two and three; install carpet day three, grout and clean tile, etc. on day four.  Everyone showed up as advertised, was friendly and willing to explain what they were doing, and cleaned up after themselves. A thin layer of dust remained on the downstairs permanently installed bookcases, but that's to be expected when installing tile indoors. All in all, the place looks great and we are very pleased. They deserve the high ratings they get on Angies List.

Sean was very knowledgable about carpet including why the carpet we had two years old failed so miserably. I wish we had had him sooner and we wouldn't have wasted carpet. He searched everywhere to find a match for the flooring in the kitchen. He's a great guy and although a smaller company, he went all out to meet our needs. We felt he went above and beyond! He really showed us the advantage of working with a smaller company!!

Original quote was done as promised and within our budget.
Selection of new carpeting and pad was easy due to the large selection available.
Order was recieved within 2 weeks, and installation time selected.
Crew arrived promptly and proceeded in a workman like fashion.
Total job was done in a day as promised.
After job completion the crew cleaned up and left absolutely no mess.
Just a real pleasure working with a local business operated by a young man who is willing to work hard.
I would certainly select Sean and his team for any further work we need done.
