I had a return visit during the removal of the shower when a leak started and he came out within the hour. Great response.

• No mess left in the house.
• No disruption whatsoever. I do work during the day. So if I'd been home while the work was being done, I'd likely have been without water for awhile.

I highly recommend Kriens. You might wonder, Excellent pricing for an $8000 job? Yes, it's more than I wanted to pay, and more than I thought I'd be paying, but the bid was competitive. And the way the bid was broken down, it made sense. And, you get what you pay for. I heard that from people who'd gone with a plumber who offered the same service for $5000. They wish they'd spent more.

As a work experience this company is average. Fixed the small stuff just fine. However I purchased a bad sump pump based on their recomendation. It was a good idea to fix the drainage however it did not look neat or finished when done. City inspection was ok, but if the City passed it, and even they saw the defective pump, it must be better for the water supply. The worst part was that they would not follow up after repeated calls. I offered to get a better one and pay the difference on it.

They did a great job.  It had to do with a city rebate for the valve and they absolutely worked with us to make sure that we could get the city rebate for their work.  Their prices were extraordinarily reasonable in comparison to others.  The work ended up being a bit more difficult once they got into it but they got it all taken care of and were great to work with.

The guys at Kriens are always prompt and courteous and friendly. They will bend over backward to help you if they can. They will do all jobs with the same level of professionalism, no matter how big or small the job.
