Super quick to respond, set up an appointment and came same day of the issue. River was very friendly and repair completed in 30 minutes. Probably could have found a cheaper option, but worth paying for the prompt and friendly service we received.

Fantastic company!! Messaged through Angie's List - with super fast response (even at 11pm!). Confirmed pricing the next day and technician was here approximately 30 minutes after confirming that we would like them to come. Kieran was great! Friendly, personable and professional - he replaced our door springs and garage door opener in less than an hour! He helped seal our garage door better and lubricated all of the hinges and rollers. From start to finish was under an hour - for everything!!! Kieran explained some differences between our old garage door opener and our new opener - which was appreciated!! The pricing was super-reasonable!! This is an outstanding company with amazing service!! I cannot sing their praises enough - I highly recommend Hicklin Door Services!!

Fine EXCEPT that the first thing they talked about was a warranty. Probably standard but it certainly makes it seem their work is so awful that they themselves don’t guarantee it. I’d hire them again but try someone else first.

Great service

They arrived 5 min prior to the beginning of the 2-hr time frame we were told to expect. Worked quickly and efficiently to diagnose and repair the problem. 2days later, door wouldn’t open again. They came quickly and tightened the offending bolts without further charge and with deep apologies.

The damage happened on Friday night, they were here Saturday morning. My son and I were sure that I would need a new door. It was bitterly cold and they still managed to do a great job. The door is like new. They were so nice and professional. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Timely arrival, gave me good information on what he was doing and simple maintenance I can do in the future.

The most important thing for me is communication and punctuality. We received emails right away, and got an appointment set up for the following morning. On a Sunday! Daryl was a great tech, and explained all my options. Did good work installing everything. Looks very nice. Very happy with my new openers. Glad I did the second one at the same time. The cost of my service may look a little high, but that's because I opted for nice jack shaft openers (no chain or belt apparatus) Recommend!

Via email the project was quickly arranged for a couple of days later; installer arrived on time (in spite of heavy storms); and project was completed professionally.

Hicklin's performance was great. Scheduled a time that was only a few days from call, showed up promptly as scheduled, replaced the non-working garage door opener with a better one and had the project completed in about an hour. Installers were very professional and friendly, worked through to completion without any problems. Highly recommend them.
