It doesn't even look or smell like they used soap to clean the carpets. I have had my carpets cleaned every year, so they aren't that dirty, but we do have some high traffic areas. There were a couple spots that I asked (they looked filthy still) about before the service man left, and he said it looks like that because they are still wet. They still looked the same even after they dried. They couldn't accommodate a time to come back to clean them. I was upset because the service man treated me like I shouldn't even asked him the questions. The carpets did not smell clean and like a wet dog after he left. They called me and told me they doubled booked me with another person and asked if they could come 2 hours later to 1000. I worked from home specifically this day and I had to leave my house by 1:30 pm, I figured that my carpets would be dry then by the time I had to leave and I will work from my dining room table. I finally agreed to have them come at 1000, then they called me at 1000 and said they were running late and that they wouldn't be there until 11:30. They barely made it out of the house before I had to leave. I very much disliked this service.

I had some tough stains from pet vomit and coffee. They worked really hard to get all the stains out. The carpet was remarkable in returning to a beautiful condition. However, some of the stains returned. But with the 30 day guarantee, these were covered and I am very pleased.

They were professional and courteous. Carpets were clean and dry when they left.
