Had to have a new timing belt in my import vehicle at 120K mi. Had them replace the water pump, serpentine belt, and other pieces in a 2004 vehicle while they were in the engine. Price was literally 48% of what the dealership wanted to charge.
Work was done on time, UNDER proposed charges.
I have subsequently taken the vehicle back for other issues. Again, work was done on time and at the price proposed. They WILL be used for all future work on my import vehicle.

I buy newer cars and drive them to more than 150,000 miles, I use North Brady Import for all service. If you ask them for a service that they feel un-necessary they will tell you its not needed. They have letters of thanks posted from customers. I see customers thank them for fair service. They are truly a little known GEM in auto service.
