Hawkeye/Nebraska Siding, Window & Door, Inc has been servicing the metro area since 1990. Once known as Nebraska Siding, Window & Door in Nebraska and Hawkeye Siding, Window & Door in Iowa, the companies merged in 2007. We have had the same crews over the years that provide excellent workmanship along with the products we use. We recycle when possible and work best on past referrals from our loyal customers. We provide services for residential and commercial customers. We have references available upon request and also have past and current job photos on our hawkeyenebraska.com website and facebook page.

The work and the workmanship was fantastic, very satisfied with the workmen that they send, I was very very pleased with the whole project. They came when they said they would be here, and if I had any questions, they were very polite, prompt and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them to my friends

"Thank you for posting your review on Angie's list. I appreciate you writing in and thankful for your patience after that storm in 2014! We have had some crazy years with hailstorms and I remember we were quite backed up since the 2011 hailstorm! I am sorry about your delays but we do not add extra workers after the storms since we don't know their work and so we just have to go in the order that they called in. Please let us know if you have any other needs as we specialize in everything for the outside of your home or business. Thanks again, Mary"

Things went excellent once they finally got here. Replacement window orders had to be ordered which was to take 6 weeks. Window company had so many windows ordered it took 8 to 9 weeks to get them. They were finally able to get here in March 2015 and did everything in professional manner, cleaning up every day and doing things well. Got everything done except 3 of the storm windows account the company they ordered them from ordered the wrong size. They requested money for the replacement windows after installation was complete but the rest of the money was not required until everything was complete. The storm windows were not a rush on to complete and account they have been so backed up with storm repair they finally completed them July 16, 2015. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. We hope to have them replace more windows as finances allow.

We used this company before, so we needed them to rip off all of the old roof and put on a brand new roof. They didn't come out until quite a while after we called them. They only did an okay job I would say, even had some shingles come off less than a year after they put them. I was not impressed with their performance this time.

There was a problem with some of the shingles that showed up after the hailstorm and we went back to anyone who called us and sent the shingle in to the company for proof of the job. What impressed me the most was his responsiveness and punctuality. He showed up quickly, and took no time at all to fix my garage door. I had no idea what was wrong, but he seemed very knowledgeable in his line of work. It made me feel comfortable that he was able to fix the problem as quick as he did. The ending results pleased me.
