A new appointment was made - this time at our home.2 technicians shown up and took out the wrong windshield. Right before installation they found out that the replacement had a crack. A new windshield needed to be identified and finally picked p by one of the technicians.
After the installation was finished the technician advised that possibly some of the plastic holders may not be sufficient - we should call if there is a problem. Asked why not fixing right now he minored the problem.
One day later of the motor way the problem with the plastic parts occurred and another technician need to came to our house to fix it.
Regardless to mention that we contacted Safe lite customer service already after the first incident - their response was poor and no follow up calls have been made.
It is funny to see the consistent ad's and knew the huge gap to reality - at least in our case.
