She is really good. When my grandbaby was born, she even crocheted a blanket for her. She is just a sweetheart.

I have taken my dogs to Groomers Inc., formerly Blue Ribbon Pet Salon, for many years. I have always used the same gal. She is exceptional and my dogs seem to really like her!

They are always busy so I always book multiple appointments in advance.

DO NOT USE THEM.  They may muzzle your dog without you knowing or ever telling you which as a vet I can say is terrible and can cause behavior issues.  It is not worth the risk.  And now in 2013 the only good person who was there (Trish) is gone.  Do not even call.

We take her in and leave her, but as soon as she is done we get a call so we pick her up right away. We don't want to leaver her with all those dogs.

This place does a great job in grooming Golden Retrievers. I've tried some of the box stores and they ruined her feathers, other groomers won't take large dogs, so we came back here.  It's the only place in our area that I can find. Carolyn is very friendly and cares about the dogs, which is why I don't understand 2 things:

1. You have to drop your dog off between 7 and 9 am, no exceptions, first come is first served. Not sure why they don't make actual appointments. You never know when your dog will be done, so you have to make sure you can leave work at a moments notice. Don't other people work?

2. The dogs HATE going into that place (not just mine). The all try to turn and run as soon as they get in the door. There's a loud electronic doorbell that runs the whole time the door is open, and all the noisy hairdryers are running right up front. It obviously is the noise which upsets the dogs. And mine ? normally a very quiet dog ? whines and barks in the kennel the entire time while she has to wait for me to pick her up (which is why I leave work quickly).

We'll go back but I wish they would address these issues. Which is why I give them a "C" overall.

I called for an appointment and got one within a week. The day of the appointment, I missed the scheduled drop off time. They still let me bring in my dog and gave him a great cut.

Our dog has been going here for about a year, he loves his groomer. I think it's great he has the same groomer each time, so the pet builds up a trust relationship with the groomer. They are always so friendly and nice. You drop your pet off between 7 and 9am. They call you when your pet is finished, and you can pick up anytime after that until 5:30 pm.
