Tom came out to fix my garage door on very short notice and was very sympathetic to the predicament of an unaccessable garage. I like to fix most things myself but with all the tension present in garage door springs and the special tools required for proper tightening I believe I made a very good choice hiring Baldwin Garage Doors. Plus everyone speaks fluent english. I can't stand it when I talk to someone over the phone that speaks fluent english but the contractor that shows up does not!
