Heartland Tire & Auto Center

As usual, this by appointment oil change, chassis lubrication, and tire rotation went perfectly while I waited in Heartland’s comfortable waiting room. This visit I was concerned about the chassis grease zerks ability to take on grease as the vehicle is a 2002 Suburban with 326215 miles. Ryan and Rich saw to it, confirmed, and reassured me the zerks were cleaned, examined and in fact capable. These are small things but they do matter for dependability and longevity. I have been taking all our vehicles for oil changes and service to Heartland for 7 years now. The fact the Suburban is still reliable transportation at high mileage is a testimony to their work to maintain a vehicle. I have been pleased with all their work and prices for other replacements like brakes, water and fuel pumps, front wheel bearings, etc. I have had friends traveling through town having car issues and, though they are fully scheduled busy, they helped find a way to work them in and help through a tough situations. I highly recommend Heartland for their expertise, fairness, patience, and efforts to do service work right and in my best interest.

Heartland Tire and Auto Center is very good. They are honest and professional it is kind of rare for auto service places sometimes. I would give them 'A's on all accounts.
