One of my tires had a slow leak. I noticed a nail in the tire. After a few days, a second tire started to slowly leak. Upon inspection, a screw was found imbedded into the sidewall. At 5pm, I drove to Lex Brodies in Waipahu. This is right at the end of their business day. I was greeted immediately and the service, as is typical for LB, was highly professional in all respects. All four tires were worn to the wear indicators. I was given a choice of three tire options. The tires were in stock and on my truck within 45 minutes. A discount was applied. In addition, I was given a free (future) oil change and an application for a $50 refund from Goodrich.

Got a flat tire within 2 weeks of previous flat, so I called the Coral Street location while waiting for AAA to come change tire...to see if they had the tire... had a visitor so did not want to waste time. They located me a tire at the Farrington Hwy location, and I went there and the tire was installed while I ate lunch across the street! Yea!
