Arrived as scheduled. Quickly determined cause of dryer not turning and made repairs. Also replaced broken switch. Made recommendation regarding lint filter which was appreciated. Outstanding job.

This was a repair paid for by the management company for our rental unit. The gentleman (Kelly, I believe?) called promptly, came as promised, and fixed the problem first time. Very professional

Overall excellent. He was courteous and answered my questions on the initial call regarding estimates, warranty, and what the problem might be. He set a time for the next day. Before he came he called about an hour before and was prompt. His invoice was very close to the estimate and we used a $20 off coupon from the telephone book to make it even cheaper. Would definitely recommend him to others.
