Alexander arrived as scheduled he was dressed in his mechanic uniform shiny boots and his shiny service truck. He was very polite and professional and when he got to work he performed his job quick and was confident which made me feel good and safe. He took the time to show me how worn my brakes really were and even gave me a basic crash course on how brakes work. After the job was complete, he cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on my driveway. He accepted my credit card for payment and provided me receipt and even a warranty on parts and his labor. Most importantly the price was right, I would have paid WAY too much at Midas and good year and most of them a nit certified like Alexander who has many years of experience, certifications, and a formal college education.
