"Thank you. During the visit, a full routine service was performed on your AC system, as well as resolving the "water leak call" that the original call was submitted for. A recommendation was reported to keep you informed, that a deep chemical cleaning is needed, which requires a quote and a AC system shut down would take 3-6 hours to perform. After the service call was completed Simple Green and vacuum was used to clean the areas I worked in. Keep it Cool is not a Water Remediation Company"
