Easy appointment, finished the same day. Have used them several times over the last few years. It is rare to find an honest auto repair shop.

The repair was made. This job was pretty much a no-brainer. In the end, the shifting mechanism was not adjusted back to factory specs. It worked much better but it looked to me that no one with an eye for quality drove the truck and carefully checked the adjustments made. It was passable but not a good as I thought it should be. Also, I thought the charge for the cable itself was rather high at $150 when I found them on the open market for $70. Although I was told that the old one was "worn" when I asked more specifically just how it was worn I was given a vague explanation and was never shown the old one. At the time I needed the truck back quickly and didn't have time to dig into this more. It worked, they took my money with barely a thank you and that was that.
