Phone Service - Cellular
The past year dealing with Verizon has been ok. Paying my bill is super easy in the store with their bill pay machine. When my phone got disconnected due to late payment, it was immediately turned back on as soon as I paid. Didnt have to wait 2-24 hours like othecompanies. I only wish store opened earlier. Had to wait and kill time until they opened. Also, they're always busy and wait time to get help is too long. Several times I was there over an hour.
