Within a few minutes of asking for a quote, I was contacted and given all the information I needed. I scheduled service and Detrick showed up at my house right on time. He was very pleasant, professional, worked hard to complete the service, gave us lots of valuable information and as other reviewers have pointed out cleaned up the area thoroughly when the job was done. We will definitely contact this company again when its time to clean our dryer ducts in the future and refer them to everyone we know.

I was kind of skeptical since they do cash only and it was a little pricey. But they were so professional and got the job done quickly but also very throughly. He cleaned up so well after the work was done and explained to me what he was doing as he was doing it and showed me pretty much a before and after. he also came on time and I really like that! I would defiantly recommend their services it is top notch compared to other vendors I've used previously. Worth the money!!!

While cleaning the house dryer vent they discovered the dryer internal venting was broken. They took the dryer apart and cleaned inside the dryer and reattached everything.

They insisted on a "cash only" transaction, which I thought was unusual. Most people who do work for us will accept a personal check/credit card. However, they came right away and did a good job.

We hate that the acts of a few had to affect the masses. We are a small family owned business that just doesn't have the resources to be bill collectors. We do turn in all invoices to a tax service provider that's why we are required to have 2 signatures on each of our invoices. Thank you!"

We are not completely satisfied with the dryer cleaning. We were expecting that the technicians/cleaners who came over will also check our dryer vent on the roof, but they didn't go up the roof & told my wife that it is not necessary because their cleaning tool can sense it that there's no more clog. I was just expecting that the cleaners will check our dryer duct inside & outside as explained to my wife over the phone by the Platinum Reservation Clerk.

"Aloha Romeo Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience. To reiterate what was said to you and your wife. Our equipment enables our company to clean from the dryer to the roof. We are able to clean and retrieve any clog from inside your home. If it was necessary for our technician to go to the roof they would have. Once we conducted an air pressure check in the presence of your wife we saw no need to go to the roof. Your wife called our company the next day voicing her opinion on the technicians not going to the roof. Our rep. Informed her the same thing. We also informed her to do some laundry and check to see the drying time."
