We have hired Darrell Ing twice to do work on our church's solar hot water system. The first time was about five years ago. Not remembering which firm had worked on the system earlier, I tried to schedule work with the original installer who never bothered to send someone out even after several phone calls. But, when I called Darrell Ing, he listened carefully to the problem, made a site visit within the day, proposed a solution that was the most cost effective, and scheduled a repair within the week. They found more that was wrong when the job was underway, but managed to replace all defective parts within the day. The cost of the work was reasonable. The only hiccup for us was getting payment for the extra work. Darrell asks for payment upon completion of the work. Our church pays through a third-party vendor. I had to ask the office manager to come in on her day off to cut a paper check, and then I had to ask the Treasurer to make a trip into town to sign the check. This took coordination and cooperation.

Work was done in a timely manner and Darrell and his crew were professional and efficient. I plan to use them again.

I called on a Thursday evening after business hours, the Owner answered the phone and took the time out to listen to the problem and understood the urgency. He had someone out to the house to repair the next day. Owner was also present at the over 3 hour appointment. They were both extremely knowledgeable on solar/water heater systems. They were very professional and on time to the appointment. Price was very reasonable! I couldn't be more pleased and grateful! I will be using this company for all plumbing/water heater matters in the future!

They did solar hot water tank replacement for lower price than 4 other estimates, cheked other components, and completed replacement next day. They returned and fixed another minor leak at no additional charge the following day.

Owner/crew did a great job to restore my solar panels/collectors in one day. Works almost as good as new. Suggest that a little bit better communication and understanding in any future work with company
