Banking/Credit Unions
I simply walked in the bank and a woman in Customer Service escorted me to her desk. She explained what I had to do and immediately began developing the paperwork needed.
She noticed that my husband had signed up with a driver's license that had since expired. I told her that he did have the new license and its expiration date. She completely that paperwork for me to have him sign so that he would not have to make a special trip to get it done.
I took the paperwork home and completed it, then dropped it off at another Bank of Hawaii in Waikiki. I was very happy that everything was done and delivered as the Hawaii Kai customer service representative had said it would be.
Note about Deposits:
The only complaint I have -- and I suppose it is not limited to any one bank -- is the number of days it takes for a check to clear. If you deposit it on Monday you are lucky to get the full value by Friday.
