The owner, Anong, gladly gave a quote over the phone and time work could be done later that day. The quote was to re-key (re-code) 3 locks. We received a call about 15 minutes before the owner's son, Thomas, arrived to do the work, and later the owner-father. The locks were so old, it was advise to be replaced instead of re-keyed for slightly more cost. The work was done competently and for a very reasonable price, and included extra work to reposition the strike plate for the deadbolt that had prevented the old deadbolt for years due to the sagging door. Work was done professionally, courteously, timely, and very satisfactorily to us. We would highly recommend this locksmith.

The service  provided by Anong's was completely satisfactory from start to finish.  Following the unfortunate break in of one of the rental units I  manage, I called Anong's first thing on the morning  following the break in to have the locks on the 2 doors re-keyed. Anong was able to fit this job in that same day that accommodated my schedule.  Anong's son arrived on time, was extremely professional and courteous, and completely the job quickly and efficiently.  I recommend Anong's without hesitation and will be using them again for my future needs.

The locks were changed within a little over an hour.  I was surprised that they could accommodate my need to change locks so rapidly.  I would recommend Anong's without hesitation.

When I called, he was very responsive and got me on the schedule quickly.  He arrived on time and was very professional.  He rekeyed 8 locks and provided me the 6 keys I requested.  His price was very reasonable.  I would definitely use him again!

Called Anong for re-keying that I needed as soon as possible. His schedule was full for that day but he asked if he could come first thing the next morning which was fine with me. I live in Waipahu and he arrived promptly at 8:00 A.M. coming all the way from Hawaii Kai on a Sunday. Courteous and pleasant, he got the job done very quickly. For the type of professional service that I received, I felt that the price was very fair. I would not hesitate to call him again for future work and will highly recommend him to anyone.

He changed all the locks in my house. It was done in a timely manner. It was very easy to set up an appointment. They were very responsive to my concerns.

I looked up Anong on Angie's list after my regular guy never called back (AAA Lock and Key) and within an hour of calling Anong he was at my front door. He was dressed professionally and was extremely professional, courteous, efficient and NEAT (cleaned up after himself). The price was very reasonable.
I will definitely use Anong again for any locksmith services I need. EXCEPTIONAL (and I am very critical; have filed alot of complaints on BBB when dissatisfied with work)
side note: Anong informed me that my regular guy, AAA Lock and Key (a friend of his), had to move back to mainland for family reasons (otherwise I'd recommend him as well)

The provider was excellent and very professional. Our tenant's were very happy with him.

the owner to assist as the son had another job. They both worked on our house and it was done in an hour.

1. Called 8:00 am Saturday. got an estimate and made an appointment for 1.5 hrs later that morning
2. He arrived for 9:30 am Saturday on time
3. Did work required quickly and knowledgeably - he knew what he was doing and was prepared
4. Did more work than required - but did not charge for addiitonal work
I would not hesitate using Anong's Locksmth again and would highly recommend him.

I was very impressed with Thomas from Anong's. He came on short notice to key my condo because the realtor did not have the keys on the day I was supposed to move in. He was punctual and professional. I asked him to help me key the sliding door on my condo and he said it was no problem. He told me exaclty the part to buy and was able to key the door and install the handle so that all my doors use the same key!
He came back and did a really great job. He was flexible with my schedule and actually took time to test my keys and even double check if i liked the way the handle on the door was facing. I mean who does that? Excellent customer service, personable and reliable. I would definitely use Anong's again and refer them business.

I called at 9:30AM on a Saturday. The phone was answered promptly and he made an appointment for Noon -- THE SAME DAY!! Unheard of in Honolulu! He was punctional, polite, and professional. He was in and out in 45 minutes. Why can't all service contractors be as courteous, prompt and professional as Anong?
The cost for rekeying was EXACTLY as he quoted over the phone plus he included 4 new keys in that price. I had an idea what it should cost from our condo's maintenance supervisor and Anong was even a bit less.

Anong did what seemed to me a very competent lock installation job. He cut four matching keys for our three locks. He got right to work and cleaned up at each door when he was finished, and in general seemed very experienced and professional. The locks work very smoothly. I would definitely call him again for any further lock work. He was easy to contact and was able to do the job the next day.

I received their name as a referral from a friend. I called them in the morning and they said they could come by that same afternoon to provide a quote and perform the work. They got to the house a bit early and was quick but thorough in doing a walk-through to get information on what work was to be done. Communication was great with no misunderstandings. After initial consultation, they said they could do the work right then and there and had all of the necessary equipment and tools with them in their van. The work was completed within an hour as promised and they worked quickly and neatly. They even figured out how to fix another door that had problems closing. Overall very satisfied with their work quality and I would definitely consider using them again.
