Mr. J is not the best at following up on services, but what he does makes him worth the wait. Getting him on the phone is easy enough- he will tell you to text him your address and set a time to come by. However, in my case, we did this THREE times before he actually showed up. I'd had given him a very bad score here if I hadn't seen his work. On the plus side, he does actually come to your home so you don't have to haul the lawnmower to a shop. He stopped by and tuned up my lawn mower for me. It works beautifully now! So easy to start you wouldn't believe it, and runs like a dream! He was frustrating to get a hold of, but man am I glad I did! So poor marks for responsiveness, but I couldn't rate the work he did highly enough!
Description of Work: Tune up of push lawn mower including oil change, rebuilt carburetor, fixed frozen wheel, replaced spark plug, filled gas tank, and sharpened cutting blade.
