They quickly came to the property and worked. They did all the repairs and also did other jobs for us : tiling the main floor and installing Smartcore vinyl planks throughout the first floor. They also painted the rooms that were not included in the insurance claim (of course, we paid for these additional jobs). The house looks fantastic now and you could never guess that it has been through such horrible conditions. The insurance claim cost was around 23,505.00$ and the additional job was around 4500.00$.
Description of Work: A company called Warrior Reconstruction (I'd rather call them Warrior Destruction) had been sent by our insurance company, because of a severe leak in a bathroom. They made so many unnecessary damages, that I asked our insurance company to find a contractor for the repairs : drywalls have been cut throughout the house, carpets and linoleum have been either removed or cut, door trims and frames have been literraly torn out..... A nightmare !!!!!! So, we needed to have the house repaired before putting it back on the rental market
