+ -1 moreHe came and took a pine down that was tall and I had been worried it would hit the cabin. He took the top off and trimmed it, then left it lying. He told me that he had finished, but he hadn’t done the 2nd tree and never mentioned the mess he left. He said he would get back up there to clean up and finish the job, but he has yet to chip up the rest of the trees to be taken down, and he never sprayed the trees. I paid him because he led me to believe that he had completed the job, which now I think I shouldn't have done. We have hired a different company to complete the job and we are asking him to pay the $1200 that we had to pay to get that 2nd tree cut down and clean up everything.
Description of Work: We have a cabin and hired him after we saw that he was doing work across the street. He trimmed our bushes at home and did a good job. I asked him if he would do work in the mountains, to see if we could hire him to do work on our Cabin when we were up there in November. We had beetles in our hemlocks and needed him to help. We also wanted a pine tree cut down.
