Melvin and Melissa are both veterans and founded Allgood with the philosophy of treating people the way they would want to be treated, a goal the business continues to operate by today. Their technicians are fully trained and are offered continuing education to maintain industry knowledge and technical proficiency, with years of experience in their trade. Description of Work: I simply needed one of the faucets in a bathroom re-connected to a water line. Labor only; no material required. The technician was prompt, courteous and professional. We had a problem with a slight leak after the connections were made and it took some tweaking of the faucet assembly to stop the leak. | |The price was stiff. The promotion was $50 for $100 of work. Upon arrival the technician called his supervisor and they determined that the job was classified as "installing a new faucet" and I was charged $145. This seems excessive for less than an hour project which included time spent on paperwork and calling his office. | |Several weeks later, one of the plastic retainers under the sink broke and the faucet was not secure. Allgood promptly sent the technician back to correct the problem at no additional cost.

Description of Work: They wanted to charge $285 to change out existing kitchen faucet which we provided the faucet. The $285 included 2 supply lines that cost less then $10 at home depot. Price outrageous. Another Angies List proliferated All-star Services PLC did it the next day for $135 total.
