They helped me out of a pickle. On my 03 Mercedes..I do a lot of the maintenance work myself. E.g. Oil Change, Transmission Fluid, Spark Plugs, etc. . In the case of the Transmission fluid-I broke the pass through for the electrical connector. My estimates ranged in the thousands calling around to Mercedes Techs. They were able to fix it for substantially less and it works like a charm still yet today

Great. Work completed as promised and reasonably priced. They were very knowledgeable about our specific vehicle. This was impressive as shops we've dealt with in the recent past were not so knowledgeable. The guest area and restroom are extraordinarily CLEAN!!!

It went very well. There was an ice storm the day of the work and they came in and worked the order that day and finished that day

I had a very excellent experience with Snellville Auto Center. They were quite pleasant and explained what they were going to do, estimate of the costs before they did anything and did a diagnostics on the car. The mechanic drove the car around and then had me drive the car with him to see if we could be hear what the problem was. After doing all these test and still no solution or duplication of the problem he came to the conclusion it was Bad Gas. He suggested a fuel blend to clear out the bad gas and to change to Premium gas. I received a reduced price on the job and also received an additional discount for using Angie's List. Not only did I not spend thousands of dollars, they talked with me and explained what he felt was the problem. I had taken the car in to 2 different repair places only to spend a lot of money with no resolutions/suggestions, including replacing a very expense part for over $1,000.00. The next day the problem did not occur. I will be using them from now on to work on my car and would gladly recommend sending family and friends to them as well.

Everything went well. I had an appointment and they took my car in right away. Did everything I asked and pointed out a couple of issues. Everyone was very nice and professional. I had a BMW at the time and I was happy they had a technician that specialized in German cars.

Took my 2003 Chevy Avalanche to Snellville Auto because my engine had sputtered a couple of time and the "check engine" "traction control" lights and "low engine power" came across my dashboard. This is not the first time I've gone to them. As the saying goes "When you find a good mechanic, stick with him" I've been coming to this shop for at least 15 years. They've worked on all of our vehicles. Finding good people to do work for you is always very difficult. I count on Angieslist and referrals for matters to which I'm unfamiliar. For those looking for a good place to have your cars worked on, this is the place. From all of my experiences, Snellville Auto may not be the cheapest, but good quality and peace of mind never is. As I work from home, I was happy that they finally got wi-fi, so I can work while I wait.

After taking my SUV 3 times to the Cadillac Dealership and my issue still unresolved, I decided to take my chances on a local auto center and sure enough I was instantly amazed! The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, like family. The Car Lady is such a sweet person! Mr. "H" even drove me home and we had a pleasant conversation. It took about 24 hours to diagnosis that my fuel pump was bad causing it to run rich, I asked then to take their time and keep it as needed since we have 2 other vehicles, I received my truck back 3 days later now the truck runs great no more check engine or service stabilitrack light! I'm beyond satisfied with Snellville Auto Center!! Thank you!!!

VERY polite, VERY professional! Typically when entering an auto repair shop, you almost feel like you don't want to touch anything because the lobby area is usually nasty/dirty. Not here! First impressions mean a lot, and I was very impressed with the fact that their waiting area was welcoming and CLEAN! The ladies that greeted me were so helpful and extremely nice. Once the problem with my vehicle was diagnosed, the gentleman that spoke to me was very informative and professional. I will definitely return!

Over the weekend, my "check engine" light came on while I was driving. New to Snellville, I wasn't familiar with the local car repair shops and wasn't sure where to go. After doing research, I decided to take my car to Snellville Auto Center. Luckily, it only turned out that my gas cap was loose and that had caused the "check engine" light to appear. They fixed it for no charge. The staff members were friendly and professional. I also liked that they offer a discount to AAA members. I'll definitely use Snellville Auto Center in the future.

Snellville Auto Repair has always been my "go to" place for auto repairs.

Completed job was done quickly and at a reasonable cost. I have used them for years and the folks at Snellville Auto Center are the reason I continue to use this service.

Always fixed the problem on the first visit, always got it right. I have always felt very confident taking my old truck there to be repaired. They also have a location in Loganville which is closer to me and I use have been using that location since they opened it. These people are good mechanics and know what they are doing. Prices are reasonable, not the cheapest in town but competitive and in the end the work is done right the first time. I have no doubt if I ever had a problem with a repair they would make it right but so far that hasn't come up.

Fast, efficient service with a full report and recommendations for later work (i.e. front brakes in 3-5K, air filter at next oil change, etc.) They did not try to recommend any unnecessary service. While I was there, they even sent another person to a different shop for her exhaust service because she could get "a better deal" there. I really respect their willingness to make recommendations to use other vendors' expertise and to help the customer get lower prices when available. I also appreciate that this is a AAA-approved location and there is a AAA discount.

I was impressed. The business is just a couple of miles away from my home. I went in and they took my car for a test drive. They diagnosed the problem. He took the time to show me what the problem was and took care of it. I was pleased. It's difficult to find companies you can trust. I was satisfied with the price and would go back again should I have any other problems with my car.

Overall, I am extremely pleased. Initially, they were so busy, they were unable to even look at my car until the day after I brought it in. That was unexpected and disappointing, but the second day, they were right on it. They really took care to be sure they could reproduce the engine problem we experienced before suggesting solutions. The work that was performed was only that which was really needed, and I was consulted before the repairs were initiated. We have a very high mileage car, 241K, and the work they performed has almost certainly saved the engine. All the staff were polite and very direct and honest in dealing with me. I will return to them for future repairs without any hesitation.

Have done business with them for many years. Always reliable and fair. Even picked me up and took me home when I got stranded. Has a good working relationship with area wreckers, so can get you help quickly. Very personable people that treat you like family.

I went in for a water pump/ thermostat replacement and cooling system flush. More problems were found (oil leak contaminating the coolant) and addressed. Additional repairs and labor cost was added to the original estimate. Repairs were finished by the end of the day.

My car died in the middle of the road and wouldn't even pretend to start, so I had to call a wrecker and have it towed. I paid extra to have it towed 18 miles to Snellville Auto Center because I trust them. This was on Sunday afternoon, so the shop was closed. Wrecker left car and dropped keys in slot. I called SAC Monday morning to let them know it was my car, and they had already looked at it and knew the problem. They called back later to give me an estimate. They recommended new plugs and wires, and I told them to go ahead because, again, I trust them. The car was ready to pick up the next day, and it runs great, actually better because apparently the distributor was failing for a long time, and even before the car died, it had begun to have a slight miss under acceleration. So I am a very happy customer of Snellville Auto Center. I won't be taking my car anywhere else!

I knew I needed new rotors, but wasn't sure about the drums. They called me to let me know that I did, in fact, need new rotors, but the back brakes just needed to be cleaned up and adjusted. The initial quote was for well over $300 but they told me that was for premium rotors. For standard rotors it would be a total of $262. This included everything; all brakes and labor. I was thrilled with the estimate and told them to proceed with the work. I picked up the car a few hours later and was totally satisfied with not only the brakes, but with the whole experience. Everyone there was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and very friendly. No one tried to sell me more than I needed. I didn't feel pressured to buy the premium brakes. I told them what I could afford and they didn't blink an eye. Super friendly lady at the front. I think she called herself the "car lady". I will return for future service, and will recommend them to everyone I know that needs their car serviced for any reason.

The price was good and competitive. They were personable and had good customer service. I'm pleased with their work so far.

We use them a lot and they are really good. We've been going there for about 20 years. They tell us the truth and they don't to do anything to make us spend more money. They are very conscientious and want to help. They do a really good job and it is quality work. They are a lot cheaper than the dealerships.
