After receiving several bids for roofing work it was clear that Adamson Roofing company was the right service provider for my family. The owner, Len, did a excellent job of explaining just what was needed in our efforts to replace the entire roof. I enjoyed being able to discuss the terms and conditions directly with the owner of the company. The estimate was among the best and the professionalism presented by Len and the workers was just top notch. I'm 100% satisfied and happy with our brand new roof installed by Adamson Roofing company.

Excellent! I am very pleased with the workmanship and the ability for Len, the owner, and Sal, one of his crew members, to understand our issue and design a fix that would prevent any future leaks. The seal is so good that no moisture/condensation occurs, which was part of the original problem we were having. Great job - 100% satisfied.

This job went very well throughout with clear communications, a detailed bid and great follow through. This was a difficult job due to the extent of the repairs to the overhangs. After all the recent rain the roof was suddenly leaking into the living room ceiling and I am happy to report I made contact with Adamson Roofing and within 2 weeks had a new roof. Len Adamson was quite helpful in discussing the choices on how to repair the overhangs and rafter tails. My questions and concerns were completely addressed. The cost for the new roof and tear off were clearly stated. The additional cost for removing extra layers of roofing was fair and stated up front. The crew went to the extra effort to paint the new wood and close it up from the weather. And of course we are so pleased that the Estate Gray architectural shingles look quite nice and help blend the house with its neighbors. A few other things to mention that I found helpful: I felt confident that Adamson could complete the whole job without me having to co-ordinate carpentry repairs or a painter. They were able to work with a narrow in-town street and no driveway access cleaning up so you'd never even know they were there. The exact extent of the repairs- which were major- was not know until the tear off began so handling the price for these on an actual cost of materials plus an hourly basis for labor was equitable and allowed the crew to do a very good job. Adamson uses its own crew to do the work and provides a long term warranty on the roof. Overall a very satisfactory experience. I highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend this company! Len was very friendly and explained everything in detail. The crew was on time and the entire job only took them one day. I am very impressed by the quality of the work especially for the price. I feel like I got a great deal.

It was a great experience with Adamson Roofing ,His quotes were better than any other place ,i got a couple of quotes with different people and they weren't as fair as Adamson roofing ,all i can say is positve things ,they were so polite ,very professional And all everything was cleaned up on a timely manner.All my phone calls were answered and my emails , he answer all my questions .i highly recommend them. i most defenitly will hire them again.

I cannot say enough positive things about Len and the entire Adamson Roofing ompany. His bid/proposal was outstanding, and included photos and a visual rendering of the work to be completed. He promptly returned every email and phone call, and the work was done exactly as promised and exactly when scheduled. The job was completed in one day, and the entire process was not disruptive to my household in the least. His crew did an OUTSTANDING installation, and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the job they did, as well as the incredibly competitive pricing that I obtained. I obtained numerous estimates from other companies (I dont believe in the old "3 estimate" standard, because the proposals are usually all over the grid, and I dont believe that 3 bids is sufficient these days), and Adamson's price, presentation and quaity outshined all others from the beginning of the process to the completed project. And the finished roof improved the appearance of my home significantly! If ALL contractors were as honest, as principled, and as quality conscious as Len Adamson is, the process of renovating a house would be a MUCH simpler task. I Adamson Rofing highly enough - and since my Dad was in Construction, I know a few things about the renovation process - I am a tough customer to please.)

Adamson Roofing Company was wonderful! I recommend them to everyone. They replaced my roof. Their work was impeccable, done in a timely manner, and professional. I got several quotes and no one was as thorough in explaining every detail of what would be done and the cost for everything. Their quote was also better than the other three quotes I received (and none of those were as detailed in explaining what they would be doing)

We completely understood the slight delay due to the fact Len stayed in touch with us and the work started during the first break in the rain and was completed without any problems. The workers were very friendly and responsive to all questions. Considering the potentially messy, disruptive, and time consuming project, I think things went very well from beginning to end. You can tell all the workers knew what they were doing and they coordinated their efforts so everyone had a task to complete and it meshed together very well. There were no times that the workers were not busy with the exception of their well deserved lunch break. Clean up efforts at the end of each day and at project end were noteworthy. We had a small leak in our roof before the project started and the owner offered to send someone out to temporarily stop the leak until the re-roofing project could start. The short term fix worked and we had no further issues. I must mention what I believe is a miracle that occurred on our project. I have a satellite dish on my roof. They were able to remove it, install the new roof and replace the dish and it worked without having to call the satellite company to come out and adjust it. I have had painters on my house that brushed up against it and the dish had to be re-aimed by the satellite company. This happened twice over five years. The roofers somehow removed it and re-installed it and it works perfectly. Amazing! I don't believe you can have a "perfect" project where absolutely nothing goes wrong, no questions arise, and/or changes aren't necessary due to field conditions. That being said Adamson Roofing did a commendable job to make our project go very smoothly and I would certainly recommend them for any roofing project you might have. Len is responsive, easy to talk to, and ready to address any questions that you might have before, during, and after to job is done.

.On Friday, 10/23/2015, 06:25pm, Mr. Len Anderson arrived at my home. My first impression was that he was very neat and courteous. We proceeded to my back yard. I directed his attention to a shingle that had slid down out of place. I requested that the shingle be replaced and secured. He said he would do that for me. He said someone, probably Sal would be out some time Monday, 10/26/2015; but would call before coming. Mr. Adamson advised me that they had gotten behind due to rain. But, hopefully, would be able to fix it Monday. He also mentioned more rain was predicted. He quoted me a price of $250.00. As an Angie's List member, he offered me a rebate following the posted review to the Angie's List website. The rain, in fact, did come. I heard again from Mr. Adamson on Wednesday, 10/28/2015. Actually, he called me and left a message on my land line. Before I could respond to the message, he called my cell phone to make the extra effort to speak with me personally -- which, indeed, he did. Sal arrived Friday, 10/30/2015, prepared to do the job. Sal was very friendly and immediately got to work. He brought to me a receipt, on company letterhead. I gave him a check and we said our goodbyes.

We were so pleased with Adamson Roofing. They were punctual, courteous, professional, thorough, and did not nickel and dime us on miscellaneous items other companies we received estimates from did. The clean up job was super and all the crew members were so polite. This company is local and has been in business in the NW Atlanta area for 20 years. I will definantly recommend to anyone looking for major repair or just needing to replace an older roof.

Out of 5 roofing contractors interviewed, Adamson Roofing was head and shoulders above the others. Len Adamson, the owner, came out promptly and sat down to discuss our needs. He came prepared with professional brochures and had figured the total cost. Len answered all my questions and recommended I check his and other contractor's ratings through multiple sources, which I had not thought of myself. He offered a nice Angie's List discount. Len was polite and in no rush, giving me information on how a properly installed roof can reduce utility bills, etc. The crew arrived as scheduled and worked hard for nearly 12 hours to finish the entire roof in one day. The gutter crew came out the next day as scheduled and finished their work in a timely manner. Len's estimate was also a little lower than all of the other contractor's estimates.

Len and his crew were prompt and courteous. Most importantly, they did a great job cleaning up. Everything took place as Len explained and he was very upfront with the delay getting the special order skylight that was also replaced. I would definitely use Adamson Roofing again and highly recommend them.

Len is professional and very responsive. He is fair on price compared to the market. I met with four roofers, and Len won with his bid based on the quality of his diligent follow-up, presentation, reputation, and fair price.

Adamson Roofing made a very professional presentation at our first consult. The start of work was set back due to weather but Len Adamson contacted me on several occasions to update me on the start date. Work started on the agreed date and time, the work was done professionally and in a timely manner. His crew worked hard and long hours to get our roof done. I am very satisfied.

Len was courteous, professional, and thorough. He provided a full inspection of my roof with pictures and comments when he provided the quote. Replacement of the roof went as expected. His crew arrived on time, did the work promptly, and and left my property exactly as they found. Actually it was probably cleaner since they blew all the leaves out of the driveway. Len also coordinated with a gutter company to have my gutter replaced the day after the roof replacement. I would definitely recommend Adamson Roofing to others.

Len and his crew were great. Appearances were deceiving and our roof was in much worse shape than it looked, so there was more work/time needed than what I think he had anticipated. He stuck to his very fair quote and only charged for the extra boards which he had told us he would probably need when he provided the quote. His crew worked late into the night to get the job finished per the timeline. Len managed expectations well, roof looks great, no issues with the clean up. One roofer said he would not touch the skylights - it wasn't even a discussion point with Len. They did an excellent job with a top of the line shingle at an extremely reasonable price.

I had originally phoned Len some weeks earlier, and he had told me he could be out early the very next week. However, I had to delay this since I was going out of town. I phoned him back upon my return. He remembered me, and said he could come out early the following week and would give me a call. He phoned me as promised. Since I had a doctor appointment that day,he said he would come the next day. He phoned before coming and arrived promptly (within two minutes of the time he had said!). He performed the work cheerfully and efficiently. It was a genuine pleasure to do business with such a pleasant man. It was only a small job but he had the patience to work around my crazy schedule. I appreciate that a great deal. Next time I need roof work done. I am going to phone Len Adamson.

I sent a message requesting an estimate and I promptly received a call back. A date for the estimate was scheduled and I received a detailed quote. My installation date was scheduled for 8/17/15. Due to rain, the installation was rescheduled. Rain was in the forecast for the next few days, so the install was rescheduled for the 20th. The roofers arrived before 7 am and I initially expected them to work until after 6pm. They finished earlier and the roof looks great!

Len was extremely friendly and very professional. Very easy to work with all the way through. We had to delay the project date due to rain but he got us back on the books as soon as possible after that. The only complaint I have at all was that his crew left behind several nails in the drive, yard and Koi pond and flattened a few plants that should come back next year just fine anyway. So far we have picked up a couple dozen that we have found. Other than that the job was perfect! I would definitely recommend him.

Len Adamson and his crew were excellent. From the estimate all the way through clean up they were very professional. We got estimates from six different companies. The other estimates were much higher then Len's. The attitude of some of the other roofers turned us off. Len was a regular guy who came out inspected our roof carefully and made a detailed presentation of what his company would do. There was no pressure just a good explanation of how they do their work. We had something of a unique situation with our insulation. Most of the other roofer did not or would not understand it. Len with his experience did see our problem right away. He did some research and found a product that worked for us. After the installation was done we could see the improvement in the comfort level of our house almost immediately. The actual installation went smoothly. We have a lot of landscaping around our house. This always makes work like this nerve wracking. But the crew was very careful and worked conscientiously throughout the job. It took two long days. They installed the new roof just as Len had described at our initial meeting. The cleanup was thorough. We have a dog, so were concerned about nails and other debris. They understood that concern and made sure to clean up thoroughly each day. They stayed till after dark on the second to make sure that we were satisfied with the work and how things were left. In short I would not hesitate to use Adamson Roofing again. I would also wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

Fine. They stripped the old roof, put on new architectural shingles, and replaced some bad wood. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it, at a fair price.

From our initial meeting and roof inspection through the completion of the project, Len and his crew were great. Professional, honest, competent, punctual, and price competitive.
